TCA Racing Blue Line EVO glow plugs for Q40 and Q500 Pylon Racing are designed for high-performance model aircraft engines used in Pylon competition.

The Blue Line EVO range is the evolution of the classic Blue Line series. The glow plug is manufactured from two assembled components that can rotate in relation to each other during tightening. This distinctive construction promotes more uniform contact between the glow plug and the conical seat of the engine head, helping to improve tightening and sealing. The rotation between the two components also helps reduce friction during installation and, consequently, wear on the conical seat of the engine head.

In these categories, engines must maintain consistent operation at high revolutions, making reliable ignition and filament resistance particularly important.

Different heat ranges are available, allowing users to select the most suitable glow plug according to the engine, fuel composition and race conditions.
