Products for Q40 and Q500 Pylon Racing

This category includes TCA Racing products developed for Q40 and Q500 Pylon Racing competition.

The same glow plugs are used in both classes and are available in Blue Line and Blue Line EVO versions.

Unlike F3D and F2A glow plugs, which use a flat filament externally welded to the body, Q40 and Q500 glow plugs feature a cylindrical opening in which the platinum resistance wire is welded.

This construction is designed to provide reliable ignition, effective sealing and consistent engine performance in Pylon Racing applications.

The category also includes a dedicated wrench with a 10 mm socket and a personalised glow plug box capable of storing up to 20 glow plugs.

Q40 and Q500 glow plugs are used by pilots in many countries and are manufactured in Italy from selected materials.
