Blue Line EVO glow plugs are the evolution of the original Blue Line range.
They consist of two components joined by a special retaining system, designed to hold the parts together while still allowing them to rotate relative to one another.
Unlike the standard Blue Line glow plug, which has a one-piece construction, this particular design allows the two components to rotate relative to each other during tightening.
This system enables the glow plug to seat correctly against the engine head, ensuring secure and even tightening and reducing the risk of loosening due to vibration during engine operation and flight.
The special construction also allows the glow plug to adapt to different engine heads available on the market, while protecting the internal cone and helping to prevent pressure loss. The result is an effective seal, improved reliability and more consistent engine performance.
Like all Blue Line glow plugs, the EVO range is manufactured using high-quality materials. The composition of the filament, refined over many years, has remained unchanged in order to maintain the high quality standards that distinguish TCA Racing products.
